Founder, Vincent Thomas, has worked within the industry for nearly 20 years and has a respected reputation within the trade. After years of installing glass to some of the country’s most complex projects Vincent established his own company and began to offer a wide selection of services including structural glass balustrades, walk on glass floors and other domestic installations such as bespoke glass for kitchens and bathrooms as well as continuing to undertake larger projects such as the new retail fit out at Waterloo station.
Being a keen reefkeeper for over 20 years and avid hobbyist often found on the forums and the title of UKrimless, it became apparent that there was a distinct lack of people offering high end glass aquariums; this encouraged him to incorporate aquariums into the main stream of his current business. Over the last 10 years, Aquarium Connections has taken on some of the highest profile projects, both domestic and commercial projects alike. The largest of which was installing the glass and structural silicone at the new London Zoo Penguin enclosure.
We currently build aquariums not just for our own contracts, but also for most of the leading aquarium installation companies.
